Orange-flavored Pancakes

A sunny Sunday morning calls for pancakes. My intention has been to have a lighter diet this autumn and thus no pancakes every week.

Therese darlings are lactose free and should not cause any aches for sensitive tummies.

For a breakfast for two you will need

1,5 dl water, 1 egg, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar (1/2 tsp vanilla extract), 2,5 dl flour, ½ tbsp melted lactose free margarine/butter, 1 tbsp grated orange zest

Beat the egg and water. Add the margarine, sugar and salt. Mix in the flour, vanilla and orange zest.

Cook in a small greased pan. Enjoy with sugar and orange zest or orange marmalade.
