Sage is almost as widely used in Mediterranean cuisines and as rosemary and thyme. I have re-discovered sage. The fragrance made me feel ill for many years and I think I’ve now grown up and grown to like it. Sage also works wonders if you have asthma or a cold, and it soothes and and calmest in massage oils.
This easy pork dish is quick to make. And oh, so delicious and fragrant. Serve it with potatoes, mash, salad or steamed greens.
For two you will need about 300 g or four thin slices of pork fillet. Take out a pan and melt 1 tbsp butter in it. Put in three or four twigs of fresh sage. Put in the pork filets. Fry iPhone both sides until golden brown.
