Snow, snow and more snow! Winter is finally here.
It is not freezing cold but just right for short walks with reasonable footwear. I have spikes in by boots and have survived on the slippery roads.
This weather calls for hot chocolate and this is my favourite. The recipe is by Tina Nordström. Yummy! It is so thick and nutritious that you can skip lunch or dinner!
For two mugs you will need: 175 g dark chocolate, 1/2 red chili pepper, 2,0.5 dl milk and 1 dl double cream.
Chop the chocolate. Deseed the chili and chop it. Heat up the milk and cream with the chili. Add the chocolate and let it melt on low heat. Sieve into heard cups. Enjoy!
