A sweet ending to every meal, there is always room for dessert. I definitely feel much better after this lazy and delicious morning.
Gluten free pancakes: 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 banana, 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix in a blender and cook in coconut oil. Makes 12 small pancakes.
Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup!
